sooo, it’s been several years since i’ve taken part in any type of vocal or talent competition…for various reasons…mainly because i find them rather HOKIE…but i’m not thinking that about this one!!!
i heard a little promo this morning on the way to work…i heard something about $1,000 grand prize…then i checked out the details…there’s going to be a talent show as a part of the trinity music fest…winner gets to follow jeremy camp and the david crowder band…singing right before casting crowns (on parkview field)…PLUS gets the $1,000 visa card…
i love to sing…i love baseball…i really like the bands playing…i could use $1,000…
sooo, my thoughts on this competition…
why not?!?

I’d say go for it! With your CD on my iPod, I know for sure that you have a great shot at winning!! God has truly blessed you with great musical and vocal talent!

i’m not getting my hopes up…only 7 finalists out of the entire listening area…but i’m not out anything by entering!!!

I too say go for it, Jon,, you got so much talent that I am sure you would be right up there in the running, LimaCC will be there to cheer ya on, so glad you were thinking about it, cause the morning I heard it, I thought, wonder if Jon would do something like that?? Its a sign Jon, Its a sign
