sooo here we go again…this is another post submitted as a part of the craziness over on fred’s blog…it’s a weekly hot spot for worship leaders to blog about what all happened in their weekend services…go check it out!!!
this post is in regards to the happenings of the source this past weekend…so here we go…
1. the time has come…by hillsong united
then our venue pastor came up and did a welcome, video announcements, and a prayer…
2. never alone…by barlow girl
3. hallelujah what a Savior…by vicki beeching
4. my Savior lives…by ross parsley
then our venue pastor came up and did some additional announcements and set up the offering as well as the offering song…
5. these dreams…by heart
then we took our weekly coffee break and watched the message by way of a video…we were in week three of a five week series on the life of joseph…it has a focus on the dream that God had given joseph…it was a very powerful message about getting out of the pit and knowing that God is with us…
with about 5 minutes left in the message the venue pastor made a great call for me to go up and lead one more song…
6. amazing grace (my chains are gone)…by chris tomlin
it’s amazing when you can look back at a service and see God’s hand at work…each and every song ties in to the message that was being presented…i lot it when God shows off like that…and He was showing off at the end of the service!!! i was ready to go back and do the whole set over again…
