sooo here we go again…this is another post submitted as a part of the craziness over on fred’s blog…it’s a weekly hot spot for worship leaders to blog about what all happened in their weekend services…go check it out!!!
this post is in regards to the happenings of the source this past weekend…so here we go…

then our venue pastor did a welcome/announcements/prayer time…

our venue pastor came back up for prayer and to set up our offering time…he also set up the offering song as we continued our series on the life of joseph and dreams…

then we took our weekly coffee break and had our video message by our head pastor dan huckins…this was week two of our five week series…great message!!! after the message the people were dismissed and we did one more tune…

our service was full of energy from the moment we started…usually i have to tell people to stand up or they won’t…i didn’t say a word and people were getting up during the intro to the first song…it was great…attendance was up once again…we fell short of the highest attendance ever, by one person…i think there is just an excitement in the service due to the new faces and being packed in that room…God is working in and through the lives of ordinary people…it’s AWESOME!!!
and all the while we had plenty of technical difficulties with amps and racks that weren’t working…it was the day for tube amps to lose their distortion channel…and of all days we were playing a creed song…just one more week of God showing us that He is sooo much bigger than the little things that we get so uptight about…or at least i do…
