sooo here we go again…this is another post submitted as a part of the craziness over on fred’s blog…it’s a weekly hot spot for worship leaders to blog about what all happened in their weekend services…go check it out!!!

this post is in regards to the happenings of the source this past weekend…so here we go…

1. Hosanna…by starfield

then our venue pastor came up and set up our communion time…normally we use a “rip and dip” format…but this week we passed out the elements…

3. sweetly broken…by jeremy riddle

the venue pastor came up and instructed them in taking the elements together…

4. sweetly broken…by jeremy riddle (reprise of the second half of the song)

then we had our video announcements…a live announcement from the pastor of our new video venue set to launch in september…and we took up our offering…the offering song was set up by the venue pastor…we started a five week series the life of joseph, having a theme of dreams…

5. dreams…by fleetwood mac and stevie nicks

then we went into our weekly coffee break and into the message given by our lead pastor, dan huckins…great message…God’s dream for our lives begins, when our dreams for our lives end…good stuff!!!

God is continuing to work in and through our service and to make His presence felt…it was another great week…i’m just holding on to enjoy what He is doing…i can’t wait for the rest of this series…i have some great tunes pulled and some great setlists put together…make sure you check back in the weeks to come…
