so this week has been a battle for me…it seems that for whatever reason i have been surrounded by more “skin” than i have for a while…my guess is that it’s due to the warm weather, but who knows…

it’s not just here around me…every time i turn on the tv and change the channel from whatever baseball game i’ve been watching…skin, skin, and more skin…of the female persuasion…and since i’m living and breathing and male…this is a battle…

so today i was doing my usual blog surfing and found this post by anne…i don’t “know her” but she rocks!!! i enjoy reading her blog as she is in my blogroll and look forward to her book that is coming out sooner than later…but read this post and follow the comments…great stuff anne!!!

this is a battle!!!

so my day yesterday ended up just being awesome!!! not only did we get a sweet deal on our motel in indy…and discount coupons to eat out…i also picked up tickets to watch a minor league baseball game friday night!!! i also cranked out an eight page paper, which was my final assignment for this semester!!! when i got done…no lie…there was a huge rainbow out back of the house!!!

this morning i wake up a little early and get moving…after getting ready i go out and open up the blinds to the french doors on the back of the house…kind of cool to see the sun come up over the church…it was absolutely amazing this morning!!! then i turn on the local news and hear 70% chance of showers??? what… sure enough, i get to work and it started raining shortly after…wet!!!

but before i left for work…little molly decided she would wake up and grace me with her beautiful smile and laugh…i got her up and changed the diaper while she played with her “baby” (one of many babies!) she was just “talking” up a storm this morning…one of my favorite parts of getting her up in the morning is her hair!!! she sleeps like her dad, tossing and turning all night (i think that’s a song or something?)…but her hair is just all over the place and it’s never the same two days in a row…whacky!!!

and if no one has told you yet today…it’s wednesday!!! and i still don’t have a correct answer to tuesdays question…
