so last night before i head off to bed i set my computer to download what i thought was going to be an update for me(because the computer said it was going to be)… this morning it had downloaded and i was not able to access my browsers, nor my mail!!! i was in somewhat of a panic mode seeing as this is my last week of class for the spring semester and i have one more paper to finish and turn in… but life goes on, even when we have tech meltdown… off to work i went!
after talking with gabe and trying different options… it was off to calling apple support and taking advantage of that applecare i purchased…
longggggg story short i ended up talking with philip from apple support and he assisted me with performing an “archive and install” on my powerbook… about an hour and a half later i had a whole new computer… applications are updated… everything is running faster… and i didn’t lose a thing!!!
come to find out kasey had an extremely long and hectic day as well… so we went out to eat with aunt jule and enjoyed our time with a very talkative and jolly molly… but over all it was a…
